At Kira Tracks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Items that are damaged, missing parts, or not in their original condition may not be accepted for return.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Since we only offer cash on delivery payments, your refund will be issued through a suitable offline method agreed upon during the process (such as store credit or bank transfer).

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items such as opened headphones, used audio equipment, or products damaged due to customer handling cannot be returned for hygiene and quality control reasons.

Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please notify us within 3 days of delivery. We will replace the item at no additional cost once verified.
